Heritage Equity Partners is a development firm founded in 2008 during the recession. We recognized evolving neighborhoods in their early stages then, and we continue to do so today. Since our inception, we have employed neighborhood-focused, impact investing to successfully develop multifamily, hotel, and office buildings that foster community engagement in their own growth and evolution. While our properties have primarily been in New York City's outer boroughs as well as Miami, we are now exploring new markets alongside expanding in our existing ones. Our goal is to bring the successful approaches that have defined our projects to every market we enter.
